PLACING MY ORDER

How do I order?

It's easy to order from RediTag. Just follow these easy steps:
  • Choose a product category
  • Select an item
  • Add item to the shopping cart
  • Verify quantity, continue shopping, or checkout

After clicking checkout:

  • Existing customer – Login to your account
  • New customers – Click on [Sign In] button to create an account.

Verification

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order receipt confirmation via email.

Cancelling an Order

Once your order is submitted it immediately flows into our production process. Therefore, we are unable to allow for changes, corrections and/or cancellations. Check your order carefully.

Coupons

Only Promo codes specific to RediTag are accepted. Please read promo codes carefully before using. Terms and conditions may apply.

Resolving Problems With Your Order - Please Respond Promptly!

In the event that we are physically unable to produce your order for any reason, the RediTag Customer Service department will attempt to contact you by email or telephone to resolve the problem. After two business days with no response to our request(s) for information, your order will be subject to cancellation. In the event your order is cancelled, you will be notified that this has occurred and that a refund has been issued.

Re-order

  • You must be logged in to place a Re-Order
  • Click on your Username at the top of the Home page, above the Search bar
  • Click on the Orders tab on the left
  • Locate the specific order in the list and click the Reorder link

PAYING FOR MY ORDER

Payment forms accepted

At the current time, RediTag is able to process your order using a major credit card -- Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. You may also use your bank check-card, provided it has a Visa or MasterCard symbol. You will be required to enter a credit card number, expiration date, security code (the 3- or 4-digit number printed on your card), and the cardholder name. Because we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, doing business with us online is very safe. Every transaction conducted is encrypted for privacy.

Sales Tax

In accordance with state and local tax laws, RediTag charges state sales tax where applicable.

Tax exempt

In order to receive a tax exempt credit, you must submit a tax exempt certificate to our office. Contact Customer Service for details by phone 1-800-421-7585 or by email at info@reditag.com. If you have previously provided your tax-exempt certificate to RediTag, you will not be charged sales tax.

    Delivery locations

    We deliver to USA addresses only. We are not able to deliver to addresses outside the US. We apologize for any inconvenience this may present.

    Delivery options

    • Trackable Ground Service via USPS can take up to 5 business days depending on your location
    • UPS Overnight-Next day delivery order(s) will be delivered by 5:00 PM the next afternoon (excluding weekends and holidays)
    • PLEASE NOTE: Delivery time does not include the time it takes to produce your order

    If you feel that your order was produced incorrectly, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-421-7585 or via email at info@reditag.com.

    • Complete the fields (those with an * are mandatory for creating an account)

    • Login with your Username and Password at the top of page. Once logged in, click on your Username at the top, and you will be taken to your account info
    • Click on the desired information that you wish to change

    Forgot Username and/or Password

    • If you have forgotten your Username, you will need to call Customer Service at 1-800-421-7585
    • If you have forgotten your password, click on Forget Password, and your password will be emailed to you
